Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge in the field. She's worked with leaders from a wide range of sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly in times of high expansion. She was a thought leader in translating enterprise-wide objectives and strategic plans into corporate strategies and employee engagement. Infatuated by management, she believes that teambuilding and education as an essential element to gain competitive advantage. With her broad experience of working in Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies in the development and coaching of managers, and achieving outcomes, she has helped to create organizations that embrace learning innovation and change. Annmarie dedicates time and talent for Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non-profit organizations. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its goal is to train women as leaders.
